5K Run

On Sept. 7th I ran in a 5K run  for a little girl in our stake who has Batten's Disease a terminal disease.  Her family are really good friends with Krin and Court.  They come over every summer and swim. For more information you can check out charleesangels.org.  Charlee started having seizures when she was 3 1/2 and after a year or so of different doctors she was diagnosed.  Children with Battens become blind, bedridden, and demented and usually pass away between 8-12 years old.
