March Happenings

We had a very eventful March.  On March 4th Talon Court Jones was born at 2:30 pm weighing 8lbs and 22 inches long.

On Friday, March 12th was our ward activity.  We had a yummy potato bar, followed by kids playing volleyball, glow-in-the dark dodgeball and Beatles Rock Band.  We also had a wedding reception that we went to.

Megan, Tyler and Judson got to come for a short visit during their Spring Break.  Megan was able to help Krin out a couple of days and Tyler was able to work on setting up his own dental practice when he graduates in May.
Elsie and Judson got to play together....

Easter Egg Hunt
On Saturday March 20, 2010 we had our Easter Egg Hunt so that Judson could be a part of it.  The weather turned out really nice even though it had snowed the night before..it had all melted and was a beautiful day.
They all had a great time and enjoyed their candy.

A Special Blessing In My Life

To my husband, AJ
In our marriage, we share so many things that make us one in thought, spirit, and love.
And when I think about all that we share, I thank God, because He's the one who made
us for each other, and led us to the special love we've found...I feel so blessed having you
for my husband, because there's no one else I'd rather spend forever with than you.
Happy Valentines Day!

Brighton Ski Resort

On Saturday, January 9th our ward had our annual ski night up at Brighton Ski Resort. We had around 45 skiers and boarders and another 20 kids just come up to play games and enjoy the food and company. This first picture is taken out of the window and one of those skiers is AJ.
We were so lucky in that they let us use their conference room without charging us $100 so that was very nice. We had a great time and no serious injuries.

Christmas 2009

This year was our turn for Christmas Eve and Christmas Morning. We had a wonderful dinner together and then we had the grandkids do the nativity story with me narrating. They actually did a good job considering how young they are. Before dinner we were able to get a family picture and one with us and the grandkids. I'm so glad we were able to do that as we haven't had a picture of all of us together for a long time.
On Christmas morning everyone came over for a late breakfast and then we opened our gifts to each other. It was so nice being together as family.
