Our Easter Sunday started out with us attending Megan and Tyler's ward where they spoke on the atonement and the resurrection and did a great job. We helped tend Judson and Myla during Sacrament meeting. Then we headed over to our ward. We were able to celebrate Easter with all of our family on Sunday afternoon.

Welcome Myla Evelyn Williams
On Tuesday morning around 7 am we got a phone call from Megan, telling us that her water broke and they were on their way over to drop off Judson and then head over to the hospital. Around 2 pm that afternoon, they welcomed Myla Evelyn into their family. She weighted 7 lbs. 5 oz. and was 20 inches long. We took Judson later that afternoon to meet his baby sister.

Birthday Celebration
On Saturday, Feb. 19th we had AJ's siblings over to celebrate his dad, Keith's 83rd birthday. We had a wonderful dinner and a yummy cake.
AJ wrote him a poem:
Keith Jackson
83rd Birthday
This is for the Old Man
Who's turning eighty three?
Still happy to be moving
Who says he's geritol free
He gets up every morning
Without a place to go
Eats a little breakfast
Life should be this slow
His children all have families
His wives have passed away
That leafves him time for living
Or even time to play
I think I'll go out flying
Or work the garden here
Another book I'd like to read
Or take a nap my dear
Life is oh so pleasant
I've got few cares you see
Life just couldn't be better
When you're turning eigthy-three
So let me just sit down
And take a little nap
There's no one here to hassle me
Or give me any crap
I don't know how I'll blow them out
These candles on my cake
Let's all get in a circle
And hope that there not fake
I'll raise this glass of water
And say a little cheer
And offer up a lasting toast
I hope I'm here next year.

I've Been Forgiven
For those of you who read this and attended my marriage prep. class will know this story. Thirty-two years ago was our first Valentines Day celebration after our marriage. And my sweet wonderful husband gave me jewelry...necklace, bracelet and earrings. Being the budget conscious, pratical wife I declared that we couldn't afford them and he ended taking the jewelry back. I hurt his feelings to the point of where he never has bought me jewelry since. I don't know why and I'm not questioning but this Valentine's AJ totally surprised me with JEWELRY...it's taken 32 years. I was so excited and love my necklace and earrings. He is such a wonderful husband. I love you!

Cousin Sleepover
Last Friday we planned a sleepover with 4 of our grandkids. We planned several activities for the evening. I think they all had a great time. We certainly did. We'll be having another one this summer! Their parents came over for french toast in the morning and then it was over.
Dinner consisted of fruit, chicken nuggets, toasted cheese sandwiches and chips...
Getting into the hot tub (trying to tire them out)!
Showing them magic....
Making Sugar Cookies...
Playing around...
Watching each of their parents wedding dvds...
It's over....time to go home with their parents....
